The HVAC GoHighLevel snapshot kit

Maintenance agreements, seasonal tune-ups and emergency intake.

The margin in HVAC is in the maintenance agreement, not the emergency call. This kit tracks agreement status on the contact record and runs the two seasonal campaigns that decide whether a company has a good spring and a good autumn.

  • 25 workflows
  • 6 funnels
  • 3 pipelines
  • 36 templates

Built for how HVAC companies actually sell

HVAC demand arrives in two spikes and one emergency queue. The kit sorts inbound by urgency, sends the emergency straight to a dispatch calendar with an SMS to the on-call tech, and puts everything else into the tune-up or replacement path with equipment age tracked so a 14 year old system gets a different message than a 3 year old one.

  • Building agreement renewal tracking on the contact record
  • Setting up the two seasonal campaigns with the right send windows
  • Splitting emergency intake away from the estimate queue

Primary pipeline

  1. New enquiry
  2. Triaged
  3. Visit scheduled
  4. Estimate given
  5. Sold
  6. Installed
  7. Agreement active

The 25 workflows inside

These ten do the heavy lifting. The remaining 15 handle reminders, internal notifications, tag hygiene and the exit conditions that stop a booked contact being chased.

  1. Emergency call routing to on-call tech
  2. Spring cooling tune-up campaign
  3. Autumn heating tune-up campaign
  4. Maintenance agreement renewal at 30 days
  5. Agreement lapsed win-back
  6. Equipment age 12 years replacement offer
  7. Estimate follow-up over 14 days
  8. Financing pre-qualification
  9. Post-service review request
  10. Filter reminder every 90 days

The 6 funnels

  • Free system estimate funnel
  • Seasonal tune-up offer page
  • Maintenance club enrolment
  • Emergency service landing page
  • Financing application funnel
  • Rebate and incentive page

Every funnel is connected to a form, a pipeline stage and a follow-up before you touch it.

How to install it

  1. Open the share link from your agency login. The snapshot appears in your own library.
  2. Load it into the sub-account. Around 12 minutes for a kit this size.
  3. Work the change list: 21 custom values, your domain, your calendars, your numbers.
  4. Send a test contact through each of the three main paths, then publish.

HVAC snapshot questions

Agreement start date, tier and renewal date are custom fields. Three workflows read them: renewal at 30 days, renewal at 7 days, and a lapsed win-back at 30 days past. You can drive them from your own billing system with a webhook.

Take the hvac kit, or take the whole catalogue

One kit covers one industry. The all-access bundle covers all sixteen and every kit we ship afterwards, for less than four bought separately.
