The team that builds the kits

We were a HighLevel delivery agency first. The kits exist because we got tired of rebuilding the same account, and we sell them because other agencies were tired of it too.

Started as an internal shortcut

In 2022 we were building HighLevel sub-accounts for home service companies. The eleventh roofing account looked exactly like the first, except worse, because by then we were rushing. So we saved it as a snapshot, wrote down which values a new client needed, and the next build took an afternoon.

Two things happened after that. The builds got better, because improving one snapshot improved every future client at once. And other agencies started asking to buy it.

Today there are 16 kits with 379 workflows and 98 funnels between them. We still do the build work, which is the only reason the kits stay honest: every one of them is something we have installed in a live account before it went on sale.

Four rules we sell by

Say what is inside

Every kit page lists the workflow names, the funnel names and the asset counts before you reach a price. Vagueness at this stage is almost always hiding an empty snapshot.

Never promise data transfer

Snapshots move structure. They do not move contacts, conversations or history, and any seller implying otherwise is either careless or counting on you not checking.

Document the install

A kit ships with the change list for a new client. If nobody has written that list, nobody has installed the thing twice, and you will find out the hard way.

Refund without an argument

Fourteen days, no interrogation. A kit sitting unused in somebody account with our name on it is worse for us than the refund.
