Who these terms are with
BuildKitHQ, Austin, TX, United States. Using this site or buying anything on it means these terms apply. Questions go to hello@buildkithq.com.
What a kit is
A kit is a GoHighLevel snapshot: a saved copy of a sub-account structure, delivered as a share link. It contains funnels, workflows, pipelines, calendars, forms, custom fields, custom values and message templates. It contains no contacts, no conversation history, no appointments, no payment records and no integration credentials, because snapshots do not carry those.
A GoHighLevel agency account is required to receive and load a snapshot. We do not supply one and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by HighLevel Inc.
Kit licence
You may
- Load the kit into any sub-account you own or manage, for as many clients as you like.
- Edit anything in it. There is no lock and no phone-home.
- Charge your clients whatever you like for the work you do with it.
- Use it after your update window ends. Nothing expires or stops working.
You may not
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute the snapshot itself, or share the link outside your agency.
- List it, or a lightly edited version of it, on a snapshot marketplace.
- Present it as your own product for sale, as distinct from using it to deliver client work.
The line is simple. Using a kit to build accounts is what you bought. Selling the kit is what we sell. If you want a snapshot you can resell, that is a custom snapshot build and you own the result outright.
Updates
Kits include twelve months of updates from the date of purchase. An update arrives as a new share link and a written change list. We do not push updates into sub-accounts, because an automatic push would overwrite whatever you customised.
Refunds
Fourteen days from purchase, no interrogation. Email us, tell us it is not right, and we refund it. We ask what was wrong because it is useful, not because the answer changes the outcome.
Build services are refundable up to the point work starts. Once a build is underway, unused scope is refunded pro rata against the written scope document.
Build services
Every service engagement starts with a written scope: what is included, what is not, what we need from you and the delivery date. Work outside that scope is quoted before it is done. Prices are fixed, so an overrun is our cost rather than yours.
You own everything we build, at every point. We work inside your account and we do not hold logins, documentation or assets as leverage. White-label work carries your brand only.
Dates depend on you supplying access and content. Where a delay is on your side the date moves, and we will say so in writing at the time rather than at the end.
What we do not promise
We do not promise business results. A kit is a well-built structure, not a guarantee of leads, bookings or revenue, and anyone selling you a snapshot on a revenue promise is selling you something else.
We do not control GoHighLevel. If the platform changes a feature a kit relies on, we will update the kit, but we cannot control the timing of platform changes or of carrier and messaging approvals.
Liability
Our total liability for anything arising from a kit or a service is limited to what you paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost data or lost opportunity.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Before anything formal happens, email us; almost everything that looks like a dispute turns out to be a misunderstanding about scope.
